General

I like putting extra stickers in orders! At checkout, leave a note mentioning things you like, I might have a sticker related to it (no promises though!)

All orders, with the exception of sticker only orders, have a flat rate of $6 and will be sent in a recyclable mailer, or a cardboard box. You will be emailed a USPS tracking number, and most items take 7-14 days to arrive.

If you are only buying stickers, you will only pay $1 for shipping by default. Since stickers are flat and light, and can be sent in a stamped letter (and save you some money). However, stamped letters cannot be tracked, and shipping time varies between 5-20 days on average. If you'd like tracked and faster shipping, you can select the $6 shipping option at checkout.

Gift Packaging

If your order is a gift for someone, I can add a custom note or doodle to it, or customize what kind of extra goodies I add. At the checkout page, leave a note detailing what you would like to be said (Ex: "My friend's favorite color is green and likes bunnies, and please write 'happy bday ian, love sam")

Discreet Packaging

I have been asked in the past for discreet packaging. I often put extra stickers or trinkets in each order, so please leave a note at checkout and specify in detail what things should be changed or avoided (Ex: "no rainbow flags," "no decorations on the outside of the package," "no swear words/rude gesture related extras.")

Shipping Delays/Problems

If you placed an order and are having shipping problems, (Your order is taking too long to arrive, tracking number isn't working, USPS website says there's a problem with the package etc,) please email me (gloomacus@gmail.com) or use the contact form on this website. I'm don't get automatic notifications when USPS has problems, so please let me know if there are any issues or concerns! In case of lost or very late orders, it's a case by case basis, but I usually give partial refunds for late orders, and always full refunds for lost orders.

I will give a full or partial refund if your item arrives broken or breaks quickly after use. I do not do returns except in special circumstances.
